Who else can be blamed for these conditions except the people that were voted in the office?? The answer is not putting these pathetic people into $500 a night rooms because you have no place to put them and want to keep them out of sight; the name of the game is EDUCATION.

For the majority of the people consumed by drug addiction, it is most probably to late to turn them around. The Education process has to be initiated as soon as the babies exit the womb. If that procedure was started this very day, MAYBE – MAYBE in 50 or 60 years (if the world survived that long) we may see a little of an accomplishment. I am not holding by breath.

Politicians never like the rough path to take, they are always looking for the easy way out. In this case and so many others; there is no easy way.

I know that to the scholars that pulled the strings in this country, this process may be too difficult for them to grasp. We should not wait to educate people when they are in their teens, by that time in their lives many of their of their beliefs and habits are chiseled in stone.
