I have to wonder, being that this fuckin punk/thug was put out on reduced bail, should the judge have to worry about any of his family members getting beat up or mugged by this bastard??

This was not a matter of a simple mugging or a hold up, this lousy bastard body slammed this poor lady to the ground three times resulting in paralyzing her. Based on the circumstances and conditions tell me how any fuckin mentally retarded judge could go easy on this criminal’s bail who has a history of reoffending. .

The Houston suspect accused of paralyzing a mother of three by bodyslamming her during a “jugging” robbery on Feb. 13 had his bond cut in half on Wednesday from $200,000 to $100,000, according to Harris County court records.

After his arrest for aggravated robbery, prosecutors asked for a $200,00 bond, citing the fact that he had just been released on a $100 bond on Jan. 26 for an unlawful carrying of a weapon charge.

I grant you there are thousands of kids out there that make a mistake now and then. When we have a repeated offender such as this little bastard roaming the streets, I don’t see the necessity for reducing his bail so he could get out sooner. This bastard is not a one time offender you can see. If he is allowed to continue to roam the streets, we have not heard the last of him. Next time it is gonna be murder

“While on bond for Unlawful Carrying a Handgun, [Harrell] stole money from and assaulted the [victim], causing the [victim] broken ribs, a fractured spine, and paralysis from below the arms, which is serious bodily injury,” prosecutors wrote.

I would love to see the bleeding-hearted, pacifist judge who let this mini gangster off the hook take up jogging where this predator stalks his prey.

If the liberal judges think they are doing the criminal a favor they are sadly mistaken. They are only aiding and abetting future life of crime that may result at some point in multiple deaths.
