It seemed very odd that in one of the most crime-ridden countries in the world, they are putting a ban on smoking cigarettes with fines up to $550 per offense.
A person can sure buy a lot of weed with 550.00.
That is as bad as a blind guy trying to do a job as a tour guide. He has a hard functioning for himself, how could he lead others??
