The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

There are only a couple of reasons why anyone would want to cancel out or shut out someone who was exercising their right to free speech; one of them can only be fear, fear of what the persons’ message is.

Why is it the upper-crust socialists think the rules regulations and amendments only apply to the other person, the little guys, and not them?
