Knots Landing” veteran Donna Mills is revealing how she stays in shape throughout the years.
Mills, 81, spoke to AARP – The Magazine about everything she is prioritizing in her life, including “eating green and clean.”
Regardless of how she achieved it, I have never seen an 81-year-old woman look this good or possibly even a 71-year-old. Her slicer and dicer must be a master with the scalpel.

One of the areas the slice and dicing community has not perfected in plastic surgery, is the area around the neck. That is usually a telltale clue of someone’s age.
Besides the fact, it certainly takes a lot of discipline, I am sure genetics helps as well, to look this good at this age.
In her formative years, she never ate pasta, sugar, bread, ice cream, cookies or any of that kind of junk food. She would have maybe half a glass of wine.
“I play tennis five times a week for two hours at a time. I am lucky enough to have a clay court, which is so much easier on your joints than cement,” she shared. “I also have a small gym in my home, so I work out with light weights, use my Peloton (she is sure to get a boost from them), I do a lot of stretching on my ballet barre. And let me tell you, it’s not always fun. Like almost everyone my age, I have arthritis, and it hurts sometimes. But this is where discipline comes in. I’m not Superwoman, but I do always see the bigger picture.”
Being extremely wealthy and having the ability to live in the lap of luxury does not hurt her game. Good for her. There are a lot of people in her tax bracket who do not take advantage of the opportunities they have to stay healthy. You only reap what you sow.
For the most part, not always, we get out of life what we put into it. I will say that 95% of the time, discipline is the key to success in any area.
If a person does not want to put in the effort; they should not complain about the end results.
Great example:

I have to wonder if this fool ever gets drug tested. Probably a foolish question.
Get out of that tub and give me 50 BOY
She is still gorgeous!
