I can imagine that parents these days are not too eager to send their kids away to college because of the safety factor.

These situations are turning into an epidemic. There doesn’t seem much that can be done about them except for the students to be vigilant and don’t go over they don’t belong. Many times that is not enough and they wind up being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

It is so sad that we live in such a savage world. Back in the old days, when people had a difference of opinion, they usually settled it with their fists and that was the extent of it. Now; every Tom, Dick and  Harry, Susie and Susan are packing.

On the other side of the coin, I think it is absolutely necessary that every mentally stable of age citizen in this country should conceal and carry, but as we can see, there was also a downside to that.

There have been many situations where a conceal and carry person saved multiple lives because they were able to thwart criminals’ actions. I guess the question is, what is the lesser of two evils??

Mankind is definitely out to destroy itself, one way or another.
