Local politicians team up to challenge Russian President Vladimir Putin
The lack of a quick victory, the inability to take Kyiv and now the successful counter-offensives by Ukraine while Russia has lost so many troops and so much equipment has generated anger and discontent that Putin’s opponents are trying to harness.
“There is a point where both liberal groups of people and pro-war groups of people can have the same goal. The goal can be for Putin to resign,” said Dmitry Palyuga, a local politician in St Petersburg, Putin’s hometown, who called for the president to be impeached.
Great turn of events if it can happen, but that is a very big mountain to climb for his opponents. The major problem is, most people who oppose Putin in public usually disappear or have the notorious UMBRELLA MAN following them.

There has to be more than just a few people involved spearheading Putins removing from office. It has to turn into a national endeavor. The man is too powerful, will never leave of his own accord, does not accept defeat; an ousting like this will result in some serious countermeasures for all involved.
Vladimir Putin has served three terms and is currently in a fourth as President of Russia (2000–2004, 2004–2008, 2012–2018 and May 2018 to present) and served as Acting President from 1999 to 2000, succeeding Boris Yeltsin after Yeltsin’s resignation.
He has been in power too long, deeply entrenched in the position and will be virtually impossible to be removed. He has absolute control.
Really; the only way out is if for THE UMBRELLA MAN to jump ship, switch sides and make Putin the victim. Than there is a chance for a change in leadership. Don’t save never, everyone has a price.
Shot in the dark; but gotta find the Judas …..

I made this observation and suggestion way back when Putin started the Ukraine war. There has to be a Judas in the midst of his confidential people that is willing to do one for the Gipper.

That person, if one exists, would become an immediate national hero, but dead national hero.
