I know you bleeding hearts of society want to be #kind, #compassionate and #understanding. I have been preaching this for years and will continue to do so. When dealing with a particular elements of scum bag criminals, they have to be dealt with in a manner they understand.
You can take it the bank; one of the primary reasons these animals have No Fear for the law is because they know battle penalty stay receive if any does not reflect the punishment fitting the crime. They’re like 3 year old kids the keep misbehaving over and over because they have permissive PC parents that do not have the backbone to discipline them properly.
If the mentality of dealing with criminals does not change and the progressive liberals continues with their manner of government, the best is yet to come.
Smiley Martin, 27, was released from prison in February after serving less than half of a 10-year sentence for punching and whipping his girlfriend with a belt while she was hiding in her closet, despite pleas from the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office that he “should not be released as he poses a significant, unreasonable risk of safety to the community.”
Just weeks later, he and his brother, 26-year-old Dandrae Martin, were allegedly involved in a gang shootout in downtown Sacramento in the early morning hours of April 3 that left six people dead and another dozen people injured.
One very interesting question; why do we have with those penalty in so many states but very rarely use it??
Bad example; but I bought a new car 20 years ago, drove it home, parked it in the garage but hasn’t used it since. Why did he buy the card in the first place??
I can understand going way back before #DNA came on the scene, where is it is virtually impossible to dispute its findings, having someone on death roll for or particular amount of time just in case they were not guilty, that was reasonable and can be justified. Those condition or circumstances have not existed for years. Anyone that has been found guilty through DNA evidence should be taken out back and executed that very day. Do we think that measures like that would grab some would be criminals attention and be a potential game changer?? I do.
What does it take to get across to these #mentally/impaired, #pacifist lawmakers that they are dealing with mentally ill and deranged people that do not have the same thought process as a normal human being.
I can almost guarantee you, when this F-in stone cold killer Smiley is brought to trial, if he is found guilty he definitely will not get the death penalty. By some miraculous intervention, if he does get the death penalty that is only lip service. He will spend the rest of his life with having three meals a day, a workout room, library, hot and cold running water, TV, a roof over his miserable head, while the bodies of the people he killed are 6 feet under because their life was snuffed out by the killer and incompetence judicial system.
I know a lot of people will disagree with me. I feel that the individuals that give out very light sentences or no sentence at all; are as responsible for the next crime the thug commits as the criminal is.
What do we do with a Mad Dog that is continually attacking, harming people and a threat to society. We either chain them up in the backyard and put a bullet between their eyes or euthanize them, but we do not continue to let them live and wreak havoc on people, allowing them to be a threat to society. SOOOOOOO. Pay me now or pay me later. has arrived.
I would love to ask the brain dead lawmakers of this country one question that doctor Phil McGraw poses to some of his guests. How is what you are doing worked out for you so far??
#Animal/thugs like Smiley (the name does not fit the #ANIMAL) have no regard for human life. If they have no compulsion in taking a human life, they should not object to someone taking theirs.
No society can live and thrive successfully without law and order. By not controlling crime and the disciplining the criminals appropriately, situations like this will continue to escalate and never improve.
One more guarantee; if the fools (KAWMAKERS) that allow this type of behavior had to live in the same community where the crimes were taking place, we would see an entirely different manner of crime control. As long as the crimes do not personally effect bleeding heart PC-ERS, the crimes will only continue to thrive and give much worse.
