There are a lot of people that complain about video cameras being placed strategically around cities for various reasons, mostly crime prevention. They claim that get us a big invasion of privacy. They may be right; but on the flip side of it; if a person does not have anything to hide why should they object?? If it were not for the cameras being focused on this particular area, no one would have seen this troubled teenager throw her newborn baby in the dumpster.
Monday afternoon that the three people were scavenging in the dumpsters “for anything of value” when they heard whimpering inside. They dug closer and eventually found the male newborn inside a trash bag.
After reviewing the video, Hobbs police charged the mother, 18-year-old Alexis Avila, with attempted murder and child abuse. They said she confessed to investigators. Fons said investigators would not release the suspected father’s identity because he is a juvenile.
Don’t forget to keep smiling, BIG BROTHER is watching you. If you don’t have anything to hide, there should be nothing to do worry about.
Thank goodness for the good Samaritans dumpster divers who found the baby and the eye in the sky.
