Rampant smash-and-grab theft part of failure to prosecute criminals, tolerated by officials, experts say

Over the weekend, several shopping outlets were targeted as thieves smashed windows and looted stores for thousands of dollars in merchandise.

These idiotic law makers have no idea (or maybe they do) what kind of can of worms they are opening by allowing this civil disorder to get out of control. Can it be part of their ultra liberal/socialist game plan and mentality?

I have no idea. All I do is; the more they ignore these conditions and allow them to go unpunished, the more worms will slither out of the can.
