A federal judge, who compares an AR-15 to a Swiss Army knife, overturns California’s ban on assault weapons

Any fool that would make such a comparison belongs in a padded cell, wrapped up in a straight jacket.

Comparing an assault rifle to a Swiss Army knife is like saying J J (Jokin Joe) Joe Biden is a Rhodes scholar. GMAFB!! They both are as complete opposites as anything can be.

There should be a higher court that can scrutinize the decisions these fools make and shoot them down, metaphorically that is.

If I brought an AK-47 and a Swiss Army knife into a kindergarten class room and AXED the class what would they think is the most dangerous weapon; hands down, 100% would say the rifle. SOOOO; in essence, we can assume that a 6 year old kid has more common-sense than some numb-nuts federal judge.

In a ruling that compared the AR-15 to a Swiss Army knife, a federal judge overturned California’s longtime ban on assault weapons on Friday, ruling it violates the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms.

When the guys who wore the wigs included the right to bear arms in the Constitution, they never could have conceived the what the hell an AK-47 would be and what carnage it would spread among the law-breakers.

In my opinion; no one except military and the cops should be allowed to carry or own an assault/automatic weapon. As long as the banditos are packing these weapons, taking them away from the good guys gives the criminals an advantage. On that, I will agree with the judge. That would be a real disaster.

My problem with this knuckle-head judge is his comparison between the two.

Judge; go stand in the corner like the dunce you are.
