Denver Democrat faces backlash after tweeting ‘#solidarity’ for spreading #coronavirus at Trump rallies
Democratic Denver City Councilwoman Candi CdeBaca faced conservative criticism Tuesday after sharing a meme on Twitter suggesting she stands in “solidarity” with the idea of spreading coronavirus at President Trump’s campaign rallies.
I am making another exception to my rule and putting the #malocchio on this #ignorant/#venomous women. Anyone that makes a #crackpot statement like that deserves to be locked up. There are laws against inciting misbehavior.
18 U.S. Code § 373.Solicitation to commit a crime of violence
Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years.
With all the nuts cases out there beside this screwball, just waiting for the opportunity to get their names in the news; it is not beyond the possibility that her suggestion my incite some other psycho to spread some kind of foreign chemical at an event.
How sick in the head does someone have to be to even suggest such a #degenerate/#evil act such as that. Councilwoman Candi CdeBaca should be held accountable for her #sadistic proposal and kicked out of politics. What a great role model she is for the kids in this country.
It really surprise me that PDT has not brought up charges on some of the fools that have threatened violence at him and his family.
Threatening the president of the United States is a felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871. The offense is punishable by up to 5 years in prison, a $250,000 maximum fine, a $100 special assessment, and 3 years of supervised release.
These are legitimate threats against the president and should be taken seriously.
