Do we blame the athlete, some of whom can’t even spell his name, 20 million dollars a year or should we pay the fool that is shelling out the $oldi?
Should we blame the 8 year old kid that terrorizes his entire family and the neighborhood with his misbehavior or blame the permissive/stupid parent that allowed him to get so far out of control?
Anyone with the least bit of common-sense (I would hate to ask the Ship of Fools and their crew) should know the answers. The governing body should be controlling the tempo of the issue.
Do I blame the manufacturers of the vaping devices for making the deadly instrument?? In a way I do, because they know how deadly their invention is, but I put more of the blame and responsibility on the government that allows these mini-killing-machines to be manufactured and sold.
There are 10’s of 1,000’s of reports on the dangers of vaping. In a nut shell, they all basically say the same things, and none of the commentary is good.
Research Suggests Vaping Is Bad for Your Heart and Lungs. It causes you to crave a smoke and suffer withdrawal symptoms if you ignore the craving. Nicotine is also a toxic substance. It raises your blood pressure and spikes your adrenaline, which increases your heart rate and the likelihood of having a heart attack.
One of the most obvious dangers, is the sellers are targeting kids with the 1,000’s of flavors to satisfy their various tastes, and catchy advertising/commercials they flood the the internet with and where ever they are permitted to advertise. Why do the makers of the vaping pipes continue to press so hard to addict the kids, because the government allows them to.

With all of this documentation, the government will not step in and outlaw the sale of the killing machines.
Aggregated annual e-cigarette retail sales increased 16% between 2015 and 2016 (from US$775 million to US$896 million), and increased 47% between 2016 and 2017 (from US$896 million to US$1318 million). Despite dips in a few quarters, the long-term e-cigarette retail sales trend has been on an upward trajectory.
Sep 6, 2019 – Electronic cigarettes generated about 2.35 billion U.S. dollars in sales in the United States in 2016. This figure is expected to increase to 3.6 billion U.S. dollars by 2018.
Ironic as it sounds; as many stupid and off the wall things they do there, as flaky as the citizens are in The City by the Bay are; the City Fathers and Mothers banned the sale of electric cigarettes in their city. A very wise move. Why is it the USA will NOT impose such a law??
San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to ban the sale and distribution of e-cigarettes in the city. … “E-cigarettes are a product that, by law, are not allowed on the market without FDA review. For some reason, the FDA has so far refused to follow the law.
Could there be some heavy exchanges for $oldi going on in the background between the government regulators and the manufacturers to keep the sales going?? You beat your booty there is.
Behind all the RED TAPE:
E-Cigarettes Went Unchecked in 10 Years of Federal Inaction …
https://www.nytimes.com › 2019/10/14 › health › vaping-e-cigarettes-fdaOct 14, 2019 – A decade after Congress gave the F.D.A. the power to regulate tobacco … Yet the agency has not vetted the vast majority of vaping devices or flavored liquids for safety. … The F.D.A. was forced instead to treat them as tobacco products … granted e-cigarette companies a reprieve of four years before they …
Do we have any idea how much $oldi they can generate in 4 years before they have to get in line??
Tell me what the hold-up or delay is on approving or disapproving electric cigarettes is if there is not some heavy lobbying/money exchanges going on. The corruption and good old boy mentality in this country is off the charts.
In the UK, they have a different perspective on vaping. They feel the more people that vape, sooner or later, over the long haul, the smoking of cancer sticks will be completely wiped out. ONLY, by British Law, the electric cigarettes are only allowed 1/3 of the amount of nicotine as they are in the USA, making them less harmful. Did the USA ever consider following suit??
Dec 28, 2018 – Public Health England (PHE), which maintains that vaping is 95% less … But the chemical, diacetyl, is also found in ordinary cigarettes at levels …
I would like to see PDT, a man who has never had a drink or smoke a cancer stick, put it very high on his agenda to eliminate the production and sales of the killing machines here in the USA. I think he has some preliminary actions in the works, but in the meantime 1’000’s of people are poisoning themselves.
Folks, it is all about money. Would any responsible parent let their kid stand in the middle of a freeway at rush hour?? So goes the leaders of this country (our proverbial parent) who should take whatever steps necessary to stamp out vaping.
As the old saying goes; the kids are our future!! Well
I would think, the older dummies/fools that are sucking on that deadly instrument would wake up and set a better example.
