The inchoate crime of aiding and abetting applies to an individual who assists in a crime, but does not commit the crime himself. This person is also known as an “accessory to the crime.” Aiding and abetting varies greatly by state, with some states varying the severity of the charge depending on the level of involvement of the accessory.

An illegal immigrant accused of a triple murder in Missouri was previously jailed and released in New Jersey on domestic violence charges, authorities said, putting the spotlight on the conflict between local and immigration authorities nationwide.

Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a native of Mexico, is charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding two others on Nov. 1 and fatally shooting a woman the next day.

The only way to turn the tide with the people who are sheltering these criminals is to start prosecuting them for aiding and abetting.

In essence, they are as guilty as the popes and other Catholic Church officials that concealed the molestation of kids by the sick bastards that joined the priesthood so they could eat at a buffet everyday.

Concealing a crime should be/is considered as severe as committing the crime, or possibly worse. If a crime/criminal was reported early on, the scumbag is taken off of the streets or out of the confessional and put in the slams. If they are protected, they are being permitted to run the streets or the parish and committing more crimes. Is that explanation simple enough for the fools that are hiding out the illegal criminals to comprehend or is it too complex for them??

Possibly if they implant this in their minds; what if one of their relatives was the victim of an illegal?? How would they feel?? I am afraid to hear their answers.

The average citizen does not understand criminals like this because they have never been exposed to them. They have lived in the comforts of their suburban homes all there lives away from violence and crime. They do not understand, many of these criminals do not have a heart, soul or conscience. It is in their DNA to be criminals, it is their way of life.

Why make other peoples problems ours?? Doesn’t the USA have enough of our own problems to deal with, with our own homegrown tomatoes?? Why look for more.

I would love to see a survey taken in two places with two different sets of people from different socioeconomic backgrounds.

1. The people who live on Knob Hill in luxury that do not have to deal with the violence of the hoods
2. The people who live in crime ridden areas.

I would AXE both groups of people; would they rather shelter the illegals or have them deported. I will bet a dollar to a cops donut,  # 1 group would they vote to protect the illegals – # 2 group would they want them the hell out of the country.  The answer had to be a forgone conclusion.

Unless the PC-pathetics get some sense in their heads (very doubtful) this kind of crime will only get worse and persist.

I have been  trying my best to understand the DO-GOODERS, what makes them tick and how do we get across to imbeciles??  I haven’t found the answer yet.
