18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.
I have to assume that Swetneck is not smiling too much anymore knowing she is going to be spending a lot of time with a lot of women named Bruno. In my opinion she never heard the old cliche; when you sleep with a dog, you always get flees.
The high roller ambulance chaser better get himself a better ambiance chaser than he is. It looks like he is going to need one. He got just what he wanted out of this whore-deal he contrived, fame; BUTT it did not go in the direction he thought it would. Instead of being famous, he became infamous.
Status seekers like Avenatti will do anything to get some ink and notoriety, BUTT invariably because they are obsessive glory hogs, when there are nefarious intentions and selfish motives behind their actions, they usually, slip up, talk too much, making bad decisions along the way and trust some they should not have. It looks to me that this wanna-bee bum did all of the above. Now, if justice prevails, he will be seated at the defense table wearing an orange suit.
PDT has a very good memory. I know that somewhere down the road, at the appropriate time, he is going to lower the boom on all of the OVER-THE-TOP Boulder Rollers that tried to put the ice-pick in his back. Avenatti has to be one of his primary targets. I am sure he will be behind the scenes pushing to get this BUM the justice he deserves.
I wonder if Avenatti ever considered the fact; if he broke the law and got caught, that would disqualify him from running for the The Big Chair against PDT in 2020. Nawww; he is not that smart.
