Giuliani has enough problems being a spokesman here in the US 4 PDT let alone foreign.

I think the two men should have put their heads together before PDT hired him as to what his duties and limitations were. He is got his boss in trouble already in his only been around for a couple weeks.

Sometime the payback for supporting a person in a campaign is not worth the aggravation.
