Kanye West just said 400 years of slavery was a choice

To me it sounds like Kim’s hubby needs an interpreter.  It is hard to believe that the rapper is really making sense.  His problem is, he has a difficult time of articulating what he means.

Ever since he locked onto PDT’s bandwagon; the BROTHERS and a lot of other people are giving West a lot of grief. Some so severe, they want to put him 6 feet under.

Now he came out with another statement that need clarification on his behalf.

As his words lit Twitter on fire, Kanye tried to explain what he meant. Here is his series of tweets Tuesday evening:
“[T]o make myself clear. Of course I know that slaves did not get shackled and put on a boat by free will. My point is for us to have stayed in that position even though the numbers were on our side means that we were mentally enslaved.”
And then Kanye quickly made it about Kanye:
“[T]he reason why I brought up the 400 years point is because we can’t be mentally imprisoned for another 400 years. We need free thought now. Even the statement was an example of free thought. It was just an idea. [O]nce again I am being attacked for presenting new ideas.”
What West is trying to explain in very simple terms; drop the old baggage, it is going nowhere. Yesterday was yesterday and tomorrow is tomorrow.  It is the same thing I have been preaching to the black community of years.
We can not change history, BUTT can dictate what tomorrow and beyond will bring.
Should the brutal history of what the black people went through be erased like some people want to erase the Confederacy Era?? Absolutely not.  Learn by the mistakes that were made and do not repeat them. It is a monumental waste  of good time, money and energy to live in the past. We can not do anything about it, so let us ALL try to work in a positive direction.
In the past I haven’t had too much respect for Kanye West because of radicalism. BUTT recently, he has shown a new, common-sensed face that is a big plus for him. I hope he is just not on a high and is going to do a reverse when he comes down.
For  Albert Sharpless and FOLKS like him that share his same mentality, they do not want to see harmony between the races; he might have to go out and get a real job if everyone got along.  Keep pissing them off so they continue to donate to his cause (HIMSELF).
If people truly cared about their fellow man and wanted to see them make progress in the right direction; they would NOT continue to lighting fires under them to keep the hostility going.
Again, I give West an A+ for standing up for what he believes in regardless of the pressure he is getting from outside sources.  Let us hope he can attract some more of his Homies to continue to carry the torch.
Who is all for FOLKS? The kids. Do we want to see our future generations go through the same nonsense. Only a fool or a rebel-rouser would disagree with me.
