Are you shitting me?? With this insane PC thing enveloping our society, it seems everyone has rights except for the people who should.  The judicial system’s rationalization in this country is getting completely flushed down the crapper.

A Manhattan judge ruled Wednesday that kicking a Trump supporter out of a bar does not violate the law – because the law does not protect against political discrimination.

Greg Piatek of Philadelphia claims he was refused service and then eventually removed from a New York City bar in January 2017 for wearing a “Make American Great Again” hat, in a lawsuit against the establishment.

“Anyone who supports Trump — or believes in what you believe — is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!” Piatek claims the staff of The Happiest Hour told him.

What about the anti-sissy cake makers and the rest of the solid, common-sensed, law-abiding citizens rights. Have these robe wearing fools gone completely nuts?? I think they should pound themselves in the head with their own gavel and beat some sense into their wigs.

Between these gavel pounding fools letting criminals off with little or no penalty,  some for very serious crimes, they are coming down with some very off the wall, invented/contrived rulings I never heard of before.  They have to be making them up as they go.

To allow someone being kick out of a bar or any other establishment because of the hat they are wearing is insane.

If the hat read; THE BARTENDERS MOTHER IS A SLUT, then maybe I can see the barkeeper getting pissed off.
