People in California face misdemeanor charges for feeding the homeless
Talk about inconsistencies!! Strange at it seems, there is a law in The Sunshine State that prohibits anyone from feeding the homeless in public spaces. It may be hard to believe, based on the states liberal PC-mentality, the law does have some merit to it. The authorities are worried about spreading hepatitis with tainted food. Possibly one of the only law past that has some logic behind it.
The following are a few of the real doozies that makes California a very unique state to say the least.

Film producers must have permission from a pediatrician before filming a child under the age of one month
It’s unlawful to let a dog pursue a bear or bobcat at any time.
In San Jose and Sunnyvale it is illegal for grocery stores to provide plastic bags.
You may only throw a frisbee at the beach in Los Angeles County, CA with the lifeguard’s permission.
Sunshine is guaranteed to the masses.
It is a misdemeanor to shoot at any kind of game from a moving vehicle, unless the target is a whale.

No vehicle without a driver may exceed 60 miles per hour.
Animals are banned from mating publicly within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school, or place of worship.

One can not help but wonder, when was the last time this guy and others like him who share the same mentality, were examined for their competence?
The law of the land clearly state; where there is a debate between state and federal authorities as to the legality of any law, the federal government wins in the case of conflicting legislation. is part of article VI of the Constitution.
If I am interpreting the laws correctly, if some benevolent soul wants to feed a homeless person, they are more likely to do time in the slams then if they hide out from the federales an illegal that may be criminal.
Being everyone and everything aspires to be an acronym these days; (the ultimate status symbol) the label I am attaching to the Jerry Brown laws that rule California are called, TCFUWTELLL doctrine; The California $%&^#$ Up Way They Enforce Law-full Logical Laws.
I can’t help but wonder if this falls into the TCFUWTELLL against the law category??
Using the TCFUWTELLL as a barometer, they would probably give this dude life plus 40 years.
