Japan approves contentious bill against planning crimes
The government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said the new law, which criminalizes the planning of 277 serious crimes, is needed to prevent terrorism, especially with the Olympics coming to Tokyo in 2020.
It can be that the Emperor Hirohito finally read the Goomba Gazette and the light switch went on in his Uchi. I have written a dozen or more post on being proactive with gangs and terrorists. Get them before they get us.
I don’t know much about Japanese law; as a matter of fact, I am not an expert on American law either; all I know is what I read.
What good is a law if it is not used?? I can count off the top of my head at least 3 dozen attacks by terrorists around the world that could have been prevented if the PC pathetic authorities were more proactive and used the law before the crimes were committed.
It seems that the foolish, supposed to be law-enforcers, are more concerned about being PC pathetic and the terrorists rights then they are about the safety and security of their law-abiding citizens.
It seems to me, every time we hear of an incident; like the one in the UK last week, the authorities here and abroad say; we had the person under surveillance but the slipped through the cracks. There should not be any cracks. As soon as any degenerate is suspected of their intent to break the law, they should be arrested or better yet eliminated. Especially in the USA; there are laws on the books that make planning or conspiring to commit a crime a criminal offense. The crime does not have to be executed for it to be punishable.
With that being said; why the hell are the PC-pathetic government officials around the world sitting on their hands and have their heads where the sun doesn’t shine?? The laws do exist but do not use them.

It is nice to hear that the Japanese have finally woke up and smelled the Sake. Now the easy part comes; use the law as it is written before the incidents take place. Like many other countries, they should not wait until the Samurai Sword falls on them before they take action.
Only a fool sees others make mistakes and jumps off the cliff after them.
If there are countries out there that do not have similar laws; THEY SHOULD. The laws are only as good as the people that SHOULD be enforcing them.
