It even surprised Gomer Pile that our government/Obama administration would pay sanctuary cities around the country to break the law. This is nothing new. It has been in practice for many years but in the last few years has totally spiraled out of control.

It is hard for me to comprehend that the people that are paid big money to protect ALL Americans chose to support, shelter and hide people who are illegally in this country and many of them are consistently breaking the law.
What is a sanctuary city you ask??? This is what Wikipedia says:

Rules and laws serve many purposes necessary for a thriving society, including the punishment of wrongdoers, the resolution of disputes, the promotion of the common good and moral habituation. The fact that every organized social institution, including families, schools and countries, have recognized rules shows humans’ dependence on established codes of conduct.
I may have missed something in that paragraph. Where does it state to shelter – hide and protect criminals? Where does it state that certain government officials, with the wave of their magic wand arbitrarily alter the laws as they seem fit?
