Nidal Hasan Appeals: Fort Hood Shooter Faces Years In Court System Before Execution:

Now talk about a system that needs to be fine-tuned a little or possibly a lot!

Nidal Hasan

Here we have a Muslim terrorist that killed 13 people and wounded 30 others; was seen doing it by many people, admitted the killings, was found guilty in military a court martial, wants to be executed for his actions but the government will not carry out the death sentence for quite some time because of the MANDATORY appeal process. What more do the government need than what they have already.

“If he really wants the death penalty, the appeals process won’t let it happen for a very long time,” said Joseph Gutheinz, a Texas attorney licensed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. “The military is going to want to do everything at its own pace. They’re not going to want to let the system kill him, even if that’s what he wants.”

I say give this “Diabolical Dude of Disaster” his wish and a .50 cent bullet tomorrow instead of spending another dime on him to spend the rest of his miserable life in an air-conditioned cell with three meals a day.

It is a real shame; for the most part in these criminal cases the victims are too often forgotten.

For all I know, they government may still be paying this worm. Up until his trial he received over $ 280,000.00 pay.
