With all of the “Bad ink” the City of Cleveland, Ohio has been getting recently with these nut case serial killers and so forth, there seems to be a bright spot for “C Town”.

It has been called The Mistake on the Lake – Bomb City USA – the home of Anthony Sowell – America’s Comeback City – America’s North Coast – C  Town – The Best Location in the Nation – The Forest City – The Heart of New Connecticut – Metropolis of the Western Reserve -The New American City – Home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame – Home to some of the most notorious racketeers in organized crime – Home to the first black mayor of a major city – Famous unsolved Kingsbury Run murders – the list is endless. The city has quit the history; some favorable, some not.

One very notable distinction the city has just claimed; it is the 2nd safest city in the country regarding natural disasters. That is not bad.

Besides a few storms that cause some damage from wind and rain, Cleveland hasn’t seen any major natural disasters.

With all of the west coast fires, tornado alley getting nailed a couple times a year, occasional scattered earth quakes now and then, Cleveland isn’t looking too bad after all.

Real Estate prices are decent, utilities are cheap and the city is trying to get back on its feet. The Indians are in 2nd place and the Browns so far are undefeated.

Even a dog needs a pat on the head once and awhile.
