Obama to announce new $7 billion power initiative for Africa:

Is this guy on a different planet than the rest of us??

During his speech at the University of Capetown, Obama will unveil the “Power Africa” initiative, which includes an initial $7 billion investment from the United States over the next five years.

Our economy is in the toilet, we owe 17 trillion dollars, rising every day; Obama is acting like Robin Hood is going around the world giving money away to every country that has their hand out, money that the government doesn’t have.

It is very apparent that Obama didn’t study economics or government in college because he knows very little about either one.
