Florida surveying young women about their sex lives in exchange for gift card:
As tight as the economy is supposed to be in all of the states, Florida found $ 45,000.00 laying around they didn’t need so the brains behind the “Sun Shine State” thought that the best way to spend their spare change was to take a sex survey of 4,100 women between the ages of 18 and 24. There were 46 questions on the snoop sheet.
It turns out that some of the questions were extremely sensitive, intrusive and offensive. I really don’t know what people would expect in the way of questions that are taking a sex survey.
In exchange for their private information about their private parts, the state gave all of the participants a $10.00 gift certificate to spend as they wished. Maybe they all went out and bought their boy friends some balloons?
Just like most governmental endeavors a lot of mistakes were made and some questionnaires were sent to underage girls. There was an immediate apology sent out to all the young ladies but they did not receive a gift card. They should have received two of them for the embarrassment they were put through.
Exactly what the Florida’s health department expected to achieve is really not clear. Just another way to invade peoples private live.
If Florida can dig around and find some-more loose change maybe they can take a survey on how much time do younger men spend in the bathroom with the door closed. They should up the amount of gift card for such personal information.
